R E A L S has provided legal advice to Conseq realitní on the sale of the former brewery in Prague's Holešovice district, known as A7 Office Center. Legal advice included preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation and support during the closing of the transaction.

The legal advice on our side was handled by the real estate team consisting of partner Miroslav Dudek and attorney Filip Baloušek.
